new digg comments system

A lot of blood was shed, a few appendages lost, and even a couple of goats were sacrificed to bring the new comments system to life. I had absolutely nothing to do with it, it was mostly Daniel, Micah, and Ian. I just wanted to show it off and give them some made props.
